Hello, feel free to add me all of you. I have just came back and need to lose what I've gained back over the holidays. I also need to tone up, but I'm not a fan of much exercise, so I will be using our WII and the Kinect. I turned 40 this year and have 3 kids, they are all a little older, but I home school my daughter.

I did tart freezing some of my fruit and my spinach. I had no clue you could freeze spinach before this.

What great advise , I just need to learn to limit it, I've been measuring it and my creamer comes out to be between 2-3 tbs, rounding up that 105 in calories. Ouch.

Another thing that may help is Flaxseed, and not the oil. Ground flaxseed, I normally add 1 Tbs to my egg in the morning and this helps me go. If I want more I add another Tbs to yougart or a smoothie.

I got down to 126 and stayed there for about 3 months but then I gained 5 pounds back in 2 weeks, so now I am focused again. I am married and have 3 children (16,13,12)…

Can't stand Conda... I think that she shot her self in the foot per se though by talking everyone into throwing the weigh-in, ( at least I hope). Maybe now they will see her real colors. Conda needs to have drama, and now that Adrian and Daphne are gone, she needs to have someone to pick on. It's got to back fire on her.

Hi, I'm new here, but not... I've been using the iPhone app for along time, but it's pretty lonely and discouraging when you have no friends. I could use the friends and support too. I find that I will track my food for a week or two and then I get lazy. Or I'll walk for a couple of days and that's it. If any of you want…
