The general consensus are the workouts are great, but the supplements/shakes etc are garbage. Plug your info into MFP. Eat real food and measure all solids/semisolids using a digial food scale, measure all liquids. Keep doing your workouts, and eat back 1/2 your exercise calories. I'd bet you'll see better results.

How are you measuring your food intake? Are you using a digital food scale for all solids? Using measuring cups/spoons? Eyeballing?

Tonight was Lemon roast chicken breast with baby potatoes and red onion. Little bit of Greek comfort food, but lightened up from my mom's recipe.

Someone seems a tad cranky. Maybe they need a cookie?

Take from the list of foods that you can eat and create meals that provide satiety. The key is to ensure that you are meeting your caloric needs daily while maintaining a deficit for weight loss. Use a food scale for all solid/semi-solids, measuring cups for liquids. Log using accurate entries.

I tried that skinny wine once. It made me sad that they did that to grapes. Walk an extra 20 minutes and enjoy something exceptional. A glass of Meiomi is about to be savoured at my end :)

Considering you are in the process of recovering from cancer treatment, why would you want to use a product that was cited for multiple health issues including causing liver damage? Your body has been through enough. Eat nourishing foods that meet your caloric needs.

You could always ask someone with a Costco membership to pick up a box for you ;)

The Kirkland cookie dough are better than Quest for sure, but I love the Daryl's caramel salted peanut protein bars. 56 gr- 230 cal/8g fat/16g carb/4g fiber/22g protein

This sets off so many alarms. You're in a relationship that does not satisfy your needs, and your partner sounds like a narcissist. Walk away.

It doesn't appear that Nuband syncs with any other platforms. Is it new to the market?

^This^ Also, it's only been one week. It took more than a week to gain it, it will take time to lose it. Be patient.

Ok, so you've been at this for 3 weeks, have lost 1 pound. Not a horrid start. A few things to think about... How are you tracking your food? Are you using a digital scale to weigh all solids/semi solids? Using measuring cups/spoons only? Eyeballing? You've just started working out as well. Your body will retain a bit of…

Congratulations! Be kind to yourself as your body heals. It took 9 months to grow that little baby, it can take just as long to get back to where you were pre-pregnancy.

I make egg muffins at the beginning of the week, loaded with veggies and they freeze well and reheat in a jiffy. Also make my weekly protein bagels (10g protein @152 cal)...with a slice of cheese, you get a great protein boost! https://www.skinnytaste.com/easy-bagel-recipe/

Amazing progress!! Congrats!!

Water retention? Hormonal imbalances due to ToM (if you're female), too much sodium the day before, lack of sleep, too much stress...the list goes on. Weight loss is not linear, some weeks you lose, sometimes you gain, sometimes you stay the same.
-
You have very little to lose, so losing that 4 pounds is excellent progress! Aiming for 1/2 lb per week is a sustainable and reasonable expectation. You also state you just added in some new exercise into the mix. This can add a bit of water weight for muscle repair. Don't despair, you're doing fine....patience is the key.

I could never survive keto...I love wine too much ;)
