I feel where ur coming from....seems like the place where we want to lose it most is where its the hardest :( I used to be in a group some years back and Ive learned that the upper body is where we lose first most times the stomach always being the hardest.....dont give up, I think it will come of soon enuff :)

I think we all get tempted to leave some lil things out of our food diary at times n think oh hey it was just 1 cookie...but I believe every lil thing counts n if ur over then u know how hard u have to work for the calories over :)

A friend once told me when we feel depressed....if it gets us heading towards the fridge then always find something healthy to stuff our face with lol .....and keep in mind,today may be a depressing day but tomorrow shall be a new one :)

Thanks,I was wondering about that,since alot of those recipes give u calories etc but doesnt say serving size .....
