Sorry I havent been recording recently...been so busy with family visiting n working 2 jobs...I know its not an excuse but just been so worn out to even come to the laptop :( Although I have been still trying my best,hope to pick up again this week as work slows down.... CW 246 :)

Awesome Chart !!! Some goals for me.... Drink more water everyday... learn to say no to certain foods.... just because i went way over my calorie intake doesnt mean i have to keep going over that day.... try to make a committment to do my bob harper ultimate cardio workout at least once or more a week.. always…

Fiber bars are awesome,you can also get some Granola bars that are like 100 calories,great to be part of your breakfast or even a snack in between !

Sorry just posting now for my weigh in on Friday...yeahhhh down 2 lbs. CW - 252 :) I sure would love another challenge...I think it would be great if we had something every week where we done something more or something less...for example week 1,no soda,week 2 workout 40 mins a day,week 3 do 25 jumping jacks a day etc etc,…

My goal this week is stay at a 1470 calorie intake a day or lower.....My calorie intake is 1800 but I wanna see how I can make the scales change a bit ...so we shall see what happens on Friday ...Great Chart as always :)
