    Yah a loss of 1 pound. Ill take it, I will also take the 2.5 inches that I lost doing the shred this past 2 weeks, that makes me feel better when i see the small weight loss. I have also uped my calories to see if that will help get me over the bump.

    My goals:

    1) Drink more water. I have been struggling to get 8 glasses a day.
    2) Set up an exercise schedule and STICK TO IT!
    3) Plan my meals better. If I don't have a plan, I eat whatever is convenient.
    4) Drop another clothing size. It was really nice to buy the last set.
    5) Get outside more. Outside = more active.

    Goodby Fat Jeans - 11-15!

    My weigh-in is actually Sunday morning but I have been having a lot of computer problems the last few days and who knows whether I'll be able to get on the internet in the morning.

    I did sneak a peek at the scale this morning and I was at 205 from 206 last week. So that will be my weight this week, that is unless the Fat Removing Fairy visits me in the night and I have a huge loss by the morning ! lol .

    I can't say enough how much I appreciate you Vic and everyone who is part of this challenge. It feels absolutely fantastic knowing that there will be less of me by the end of the summer :smile:

    Well, not a good start for me. For the first time in the 150+ days i've been on MFP, i'm posting a 2 pound gain (instead of losing or plateauing).. *sigh*...but there's always next week!...guess i'm going to have to spend a week or two catching back up to my weight from the end of the first challenge. I've not been exercising like normal as I got a nasty burn on my calf from the exhaust pipe on hub's motorcycle..yes, i got off on the wrong side! *stupid* ... but after 2 weeks of nastiness, it's getting better and i'm gonna Zumba Zumba Zumba this week and get my mojo back!

    Weeks 1-4:

    Diet:
    Make better choices on days when not at home or packing work meals.
    Pre-plan meals/snacks for each week.
    Eat out of freezer/Pantry...less groceries
    Exercise:
    Do JM Ripped in 30 and/or BL Jumpstart 6days/week
    Walk each day ...5days do Leslie Sansone Program
    Schedule:
    Figure out eating times with new work schedule and try keep constant (This is the tricky one with my work! )
    Wake up /drink 2 glasses H2O/do exercise DVD's/shower/eat 1st meal (differs whether work night or flipped to days).

    Five (5) things want to accomplish:
    1)Hit Onderland by week 4 and stay there!
    2) Use up food/Clean out food from Freezer and pantry before end of challenge.
    3)Alter/make clothes to fit while losing
    4)Ride bike to grocery store by week 8.
    5)ENJOY my Summer!

    Just wanted to share that being a member of this group, and noticing that I haven't been sticking to my game plan so far :blushing: inspired me to burn 1010 calories today. That rarely happens for me. I'm a 400 calorie burn/workout session kind of person... :noway:
