            Back from vacation, but still trying to find motivation. The fact that I gained only 1 pound after eating out so much this week is extremely uplifting! Time to get back on the wagon! I'm off to LA next weekend and I'd like to see a good change by Friday before I leave.

            Just wanted to share that being a member of this group, and noticing that I haven't been sticking to my game plan so far :blushing: inspired me to burn 1010 calories today. That rarely happens for me. I'm a 400 calorie burn/workout session kind of person... :noway:

            I posted on the old thread on Thursday. If you have already made the chart that is OK. But here are my numbers for the weigh in :flowerforyou:
Based on the last challenge my goal is about .5 lbs a week. I lost 1 lb this week but that is not typical for me. So we will see how it goes. Good luck everyone!
