    Slow week, but I added more exercise, and I'm now doing walking four days and swimming two days a week. Will try to add gym in a not to distant future :) Also treated myself with some new (smaller) clothes this week as I'm going to the UK and play some gigs with my band next week, and I want to look nice for the audience :)

    Oh, nice spread sheet, but you should probably turn that W upside down for me :)

    Finally after three weeks of no movement the scale has moved again and I achieved a mini goal of mine too! Just passed the halfway point to my goal weight.

    I weighed myself yesterday but wasn't able to post because I was at a rock concert!!!!

    Week 2 - 264lbs (I went up, its my girl time of the month, I have been known to retain as much as 15lbs in water weight during this time so I am not discouraged. It will be much better next week)
