    Thanks so much for the chart but I think I need a W not a M. :wink:

    This week has been emotionally rough but on track with my plan except for Mon. I got horrible news on Monday and at the entire pint of ice cream. Then woke up Tuesday and thought about how that pint doesn't make anything better. Plus Korean ice cream is sooooo not the same as American. (Thank God there is no Turtle Mountain's Soy Choc Chip Cookie Dough at the Comm. or the local grocer. I probably would have eaten 2. LOL LOL) Been on track every day since. I even changed the weekend plans because I'm on a "no-sugar" diet for 2 weeks. The cravings are finally starting to go away... And the headaches are gone. WOOOOHOOOOO!!!!

    This felt like a slow week, but I've been doing my 10 km walks every other day, and looks like I lost 1.5 kg this week anyway :). Two weeks ago I tried on a pair of unused jeans I had in the closet that I bought a couple of years ago, but I could never real fit into them, and they fit perfectly. This week, they feel a little big...

    1 pound gone woohoo!

    I am rather impressed cos I only went to the gym once last week :( Ive been very busy with work.

    Hopefully joining a group will hope me stay more motivated! Its nice to have a bit of friendly competition :)
