Im not usually the one that starts this monthly thread but I've been participating in it for the last few months. Heres the format we'd like you to put your weight in as.

    you could ........ we've just have been just striving for 10 ... but if youd like to go for it, this isnt one of them crazy run this far burn this much things its hey Ill try harder next week or man I did great this week kinda things

    Since this thread is coming from the April Challenge,Bring it On May!!!
    Lost 6.62 lbs last month and i hope to match that if not lose the 10 lbs

    But i will still weight myself every sat as i previously did.

    Ok I will be doing the tracking and posting of this challange. but i ask you if you join stay with it. it is alot of work to keep up with this so please keep with it. not check in is by end of day monday and will post charts by end of day wen.

    Wouldnt it be awesome to lose 10 lbs this month ? YEAH !
    Been finding it hard to get past a 1 or 2 loss each week but im definately gonna work my hardest :)
