hanging steady at 155.0 lbs.
Maybe it will be a 5lb loss by the end of the month instead of 10, but at least it will be less than where I started.0 -

Not sure if we are weighing in today or Tues with it being end of month but will do it now just in case.
Im now 176.4, so no great loss this week but better than nothing. So a grand total of 7.2lbs lost this month...not quite 10 but still happy

Im going to do my weigh in on Tuesday.
One of the reasons is because Ive been away for a few days and the healthy eating has totally gone out the window. I have been tracking, but havent really cared what ive been eating.
Thought I would get back on track today but I went out for some drinks last night, and the day after alcohol always leaves me with the munchies!
Tomorrow is Monday, when I will be starting again, and will be heading straight to the gym as soon as it opens!!
I will post my weigh in on Tuesday, so I have 2 days to redeem myself Better not eat anything tomorrow lol

Didn't do. Didn't come close. Disappointed. A bad month ended by a bad week. Still down which is good but one of if not the slowest month of weight loss since I started. Too many birthday's, holidays and other celebrations.

I'm not sure of all my weeks weights. I just know that I started at157.0 and I am still 155.0. So, in a month, I had a 2lb loss. :sad:

I am still working hard to get the pounds off. I didn't lose motivation, it just doesn't want to come off. :grumble:0
