Ive set my own 100 day challenge. I've got 90 percent of jillian Michaels DVD. so for 100 days ill be doing one of her dvd, rotating to avoid boredom and making sure i log in mfp. i hoping to lose 28 pounds in 100 days.

Does that include the buns, and other sauces or miscellaneous stuff, you might put in the burger? I had an Angus beef burger home made the other day, and that come to 700 cals, same size as your mint burger, but I had 10 grams of cheese and half a TSP of burger sauce in my burger with onions and a side salad.

I try,to eat everything in moderation guys, I try to include vegetables, eggs,meat,beans,rice, pasta, wholegrain wraps, fruits, yogurts, . and whatever calories I have left over, I treat myself on a little dessert. I absolutely loved it!! Did it 3 years ago, and lost a stone, and really toned up!, its great for thighs , legs and glutes, never had so much defined bottom half in a small amount of time. I loved it so much, I also bought her other DVD, its a lot harder, but if you stick to it, it really does change your body, :)
