Here is my track record Aug - lost 5 lbs Sept - lost 1 lb Oct - lost 1 lb Nov - lost 1 lb Dec - gained 3 lb Jan - lost 3 lb net - 8 lb loss Hoping to lose 7-15 more This may seem slow but considering that prior to this I was gaining 5 lbs per year, it seems awesome!!!

I personally just use mfp to help me see if my meal is E, S or FP because I am new to THM. I also do look at my total calories just to see where THM tends to land me.

I do make pasta for my 18 year old son and spagetti squash "noodles" for hubby and I. Pizza on the other hand has been replaced with a big disk of hamburger dressed with tons of veggie pizza toppings and cheese. Actually, once I get past the flu part, low carbing makes me feel great! No more blood sugar fluctuations, no more cravings, sleep better, more energy. It seems a good fit for me.

Interesting! I am taking magnesium but not sodium. in fact I was thinking that our lower sodium intake was good for hubby's blood pressure. I, on the other hand, have low blood pressure and love salty foods so, I will indulge myself :-)

1.5 cups frozen berries, I can full fat coconut milk .75 cup sugar .... blend in a food processor .... freeze .....sooo good ....not truly plaeo thought due to the sugar.
