  • It's from a book published in the 1990's called The Formula. by Gene and Joyce Daoust. Easy to find and quite affordable on Amazon. Get it. It takes some effort to get 30% protein every day but you will really notice a difference in how you feel. I read it all in one night.
  • Google "Chef Brad BYUtv.org" and you can get a lot of quinoa recipes and ideas. plus, many other grains that are packed with protein and great nutrition.
