look it up under food, not exercise. It will give you a negative calorie amount logged. Here's another thread about it. There 's 300-500 calorie amounts... I would start high and then see if you can slowly move down without disruption.…

Fellow shorty. 5'3" Initial goal is a 30 pound and 6% body fat loss. I'm just over 1/2 way there. Open diary, I eat lower carb (under 30%) and pretty much no wheat (cuz it hateses me.) I also lift all the heavy things. Anyone feel free to add me!!!

Only week 2?! For crow's sake give yourself at least 12 weeks before you freak. I'm an apple as well, my midsection is my nemesis, but I find that keeping carbs under 30%, eliminating ALL soda and carbonation, and watching my sodium has a huge effect on the waistline. I also lift heavy, Add me if you like some more support.

5' 2.5" but I CLAIM 5'3" :-) I eat a LOWER carb/primal and about 20% of my TDEE. Workout 5-6x a week. 3x a week heavy lifting and the other 2-3 are cardio. Scrambled eggs are comforting for me... nuts and nut butters.... although I am very limited in my sugars (so I barely eat fruit) a banana with some peanut butter sprinkled with cinnamon is great. Good luck. Stress eating and trying to overcome it is the worst.

I currently eat primal plus dairy. I was on 1200 calories a day, but was netting only about 900 after all my exercise.... wasn't meaning to, I just don't get hungry eating this way. I stalled out on weight loss. Now I'm up to 1400 and make sure I at least net 1200 no matter what. We'll see if that helps, if that doesn't do…
