Is there a way to include breastfeeding on my diet plan?

I know I need extra calories to nurse my little one, but I also need to lose 100+ lbs for a healthier me. Is there a way that I can include breastfeeding on my personal tracker so it can automatically add those calories in (I've tried looking it up in exercise but couldn't find it, nor in the diet plan settings). Any help would be appreciated

look it up under food, not exercise. It will give you a negative calorie amount logged. Here's another thread about it. There 's 300-500 calorie amounts... I would start high and then see if you can slowly move down without disruption.
