I just bought a new scale and it weighs 5 lbs. heavier than the old one! What a bummer...feels like I gained 5 lbs!!:sad:

For me...all the foods above are great...Vit. C and garleek I also take. Exercise (just walking) helps. At one time I couldnt even walk up our stairs, my feet ached, I ached all over. For me...stay away from sugar, white flour foods and drink lots of water. Eating better now...All Gone! Jen :smile:

I've had it...bad stuff!! I lost 20lbs which really helped. Eat your last snack or dinner at least 3-4 hours before you lay down,stay away from greasey, or gravey like foods. Just that got me off acid reflex meds. Once in awhile I might need a tum.

To have that *majical* feeling I once did when I was a chid or when my children were little! We use to all get together...I have 4 grown sons and 4 snotty daughter-in-laws...nobody can get along??? Makes Christmas depressing. :(

Can't thank you all enough for your pep-talk and motivation. I will re-read all your posts and take notes. I really want to lose these last 15 pounds!! MFP works...I've done it.
