  • This is yummy and I like that I know all the ingredients in it, but I didn't get the same nutritional profile. I put it into the recipes calculator to add to my food for today and I got 175 cal 15 carb 6 fat 21 protein I may put an extra tablespoon of whey protein to bump it up a bit.
  • I'm starting today. I'm doing it at home and will have to substitute dumbbells for the barbell until grad school starts again in the Fall and I can use the college gym.
  • Any other suggestions for protein powder/shakes. I need to get something, but I don't like peanut butter and chocolate together. Thanks.
  • Thanks. I just checked our library and they have the New Rules of Lifting for Women that people here talk about. I'll get it tomorrow and see if I like that program as well.   • Yes, I can do a lift program. I have a full set of hand weights of different sizes and bench here at home - no machines though. And I can easily walk.
