Thankyou for your help! :) Working out on a maintenance level does sounds better since I wouldn't have to worry about gaining anything right away. And I'll see if I can get a trainer to help me lift weights, I generally stick to the machines because I know you can hurt yourself with free weights if you don't do them…

O.O;; Guess I got my answer 'stares at the amount of numbers' are they trying to preserve this food for a few eons or something? Seems excessive to add that much sugar and sweeter to something already sweet. Indeed, but I wasn't expecting them to be THAT high.

Ouch, that is a lot of calories as well for a small ice cream :( LOL Yes, I'll get a smaller one next time XD It's just annoying to misjudge something so badly. For now I plan to keep away from those.

These food items you guys listed sound pretty cool. I might have to try some of them when I get fed up with salad, thanks a bunch! :) I also only have one serving of nuts with some peppermint tea in the morning (I always count out 6 nuts), so hopefully that ends up being a reasonable snack.
