I would seek advise from a doctor. It could be stress or it could be a nutritional deficit. A friend of mine had the same while she also suffered from a lot of stress. She got some supplements / medication from her GP which helped a lot.

sorry but isn't a gym a place to work out to get healthy? what do I need to look good for?!
-
nope - I sweat and runny makeup just doesn't look so hot.. plus I believe that I don't need to draw on my face to look pretty :)

this is me at the moment - I was just wondering how long it took you to get faster? I run my 5K's in intervals at the moment but am pushing to decrease my walking periods.

I have lost 40lbs so far and have another 115lbs to go :) I got into running because my legs always felt like they wanted to! - How often do you run? around 2-3 times a week, trying to give my legs some rest in between considering my still rather high weight - How far, on average, do you run each time? I run 5km every time…

how about you just have a conversation with your husband and just your husband about it. I wouldn't consider dragging things like this into the public. I understand the request for ideas but I am sure you can come up with something together. After all you are grown up and married and I am pretty sure also capable of…

Did you keep those 25lbs off?
-
Because like someone just said and this website should be rather used for realistic, healthy and long term weight loss, which to be honest always has to be seen as a lifestyle change! Hence weight loss should not be a challenge as that certainly is the wrong frame of mind for a lifestyle change!

ummm how about this - when I go swimming I have skinny/fit people staring at me disgusted.......... How about you smile at them next time and walk over and say hello? I am sure you will find out that they actually don't look at you in a mean way.

I certainly am not a mummy myself yet but a friend of mine used the magic of breastfeeding and healthy eating to drop a lot of weight. she started running as well with baby in pram :) No need to go raw food diet. Just maintain a healthy diet with a calorie deficit and you should see success. However to have a starting…

I think the best way to measure your food really is by using a kitchen scale .. that is the only way you will know how much food you have consumed as cups vary and therefor the calories won't be correct.

I might not fit the criteria exactly but I am close lol 38lbs off and 115lbs to go! FR sent :D

As a German - we have something called "Tag der deutschen Einheit" which just means you have the day off from work but no one does anything as fancy as they do in the US for the 4th of July I now live in the UK and my favourite national holiday is the 5th of November / Bonfire Night - massive bonfires and fireworks while…

I tend to ask my relatives what they put in and how much they have used and then I add everything to my diary as in (onion, garlic, tomato, certain type of sausage etc.) so I end up with very close calorie total for the meal ate.

it really depends on what works for you. I would put weight on if I started eating back my exercise calories. If you don't lose then lower your calorie intake and watch out for food that is high in sodium (I tend to put on if I eat food that is high in sodium).

My first question is: Do you drink enough? At least 2L per day I have a fitbit one, am 270lbs, eat 1500 kcal per day and loose about 2lbs per week. My fitbit gives me an idea of what I need to do if I haven't been too active but in general I do not eat all my exercise calories. My fitbit knows my weight and I believe it…
