  • I second the FitBit. It's more money but so much more worth it than the simpler versions that often have shakers in them. They're just not accurate enough. Plus the FitBit offers more flexibility and can upload to your computer.
  • I love Polar. Their monitors are good. I have an FT4. It's water resistant but I can't swim laps and get it to work. I don't know if the FT7 does that but I wish mine did. I think that's a good choice though I haven't done research on the FT7.

  • Personally after trying so many things that he's suggested and having them not work...I'm so skeptical of anything he promotes anymore. I wouldn't try it unless it's specifically doctor suggested and if you REALLY need it. Clearly you're doing fine without it. Save your money :)
