30 Day Shred

I'm thinking of starting the 30 Day Shred tomorrow and I wanted to see what other people thought of it. Have you seen results from doing it? I don't want to commit to something that isn't going to show some results. Thanks!

  • It's a decent workout. Pretty short if you're used to working out a lot. You get what you put into it. Personally, I tried to do it for a week but I got so bored doing the same thing for even a couple days in a row that I only do it once in a while. There's three levels but only three different workouts.

    If you're ok with that then it'll do you some good.
