You look wonderful! I keep looking at at how small girls my height want to be but at 145 I wore a 5/7 sometimes (depending on the brand) 9 AND I honestly dont want to loose my curves or be smaller than a 5. And I want muscle! I have none lol

Starbucks has sugar free cinnamon dulce and though Im a big advocate for sugar and not fake processed nasty chemicals I STILL get it SF and skinny and it still tasted delicious!!! However I get it small and blended (frapped)... Hot coffee doesnt hide SF very well

I only eat organic meat so pretty much Chicken and Bacon is what I can find lol. I love pork but rarely is it organic =/

You're supply is likely suffering from feeding your baby formula rather than malnutrition... my son is 7 months old and exclusively breastfed. I have lost 80 pounds since he was born (40 since I started MFP) and I eat between 1300-1900 calories- usually 1400 or 1500.

I havent read all the pages (actually only the first and last one) but I think you can be curvy fat, curvy thin and even curvy muscular. I know with my body I get curvy the thinner I get (my waist/Ribcage V's in like a corset) But when I'm heavier I get boxy and even with my large breasts... I just look like a box torso…

My son is 7 months old and I've lost 80 pounds (roughly) since having him (thanks to breastfeeding and exorcise). I've just recently been kind of active on the boards but I could use and give out more encouragement if anyone wants to add me :)

September goals are to o complete 30 Day shred (on day 8 today), to drop 10 pounds, and to remember to cook more often. (Granola bar, string cheese and fruit isnt always the best meal)

though from this experience you may not be a jillian fan- if youre really trying to work on your stomach try her 6 week 6 pack! Its pretty amazing. I had good results and I've seen amazing results from it.

I'm 5'5 and somehow at 145-150 I wear a size 5/7 so I'm not sure what kind of build I am. I look really hourglass at 155 (I have a huge ribcage so I get a corset shape), I felt the best at my thinnest was 143 and Ideally I would love to 130 but I don't think its achievable so I'm shooting for 140

I think judging her is a little messed up too... you guys don't know her. She was obviously feeling confident enough to post the picture because she must've felt inspiring... and instead she's getting ridiculed. No one else is... this wasn't a "tell me how YOU think I look" forum.

I work out and night and then drink water and eat a small snack. (like almonds or a coconut ice cream bar) =]

I actually love mine! but they're thin and light... I think stretch marks are kinda sexy as long as the body with them is still nice and firm on females anyways. On men, i don't think they're ugly or gross or anything I just don't think they're specifically attractive.

My story is so similar. Got pregnant, got up to 255, had son, got home at weighed 245... four months later due to exercise and breastfeeding I'm down to 174! You look great and goodjob!

I just got my 30DS dvd and Jillian Michaelmas weights and matt but I'm getting my tooth pulled on tuesday so I can't start until after then (I've never had a tooth pulled, I'm not sure how long it'll take for me to recooperate) but I wish I could start tomorrow too.
