  • I had toe pain in the same spot all through December. I started taking Tylenol daily and then wrapped it to my other toes to immobilize it for about a week. I was to the point where I could not put any weight on it. After the week of wrapping the toe, it felt much better! Rarely gives me problems now!
  • Mash up a banana with pb or trader joes cookie butter, looks gross but yummy! Or I heat up some mini chocolate chips and pour a bunch of raspberries over top!.
  • I'm about 5'5". Started at 151 about a month and a half ago and at 138 now. Wanting to get to 125. It's not easy, and support definitely helps!
