Toe Pain While Running?

I just started running and I've realized that towards the end of my run (which is ~30 minutes) I get an annoying pain in my right toe near the joint. Any reason why this is happening and how to avoid it in the future?

I had toe pain in the same spot all through December. I started taking Tylenol daily and then wrapped it to my other toes to immobilize it for about a week. I was to the point where I could not put any weight on it. After the week of wrapping the toe, it felt much better! Rarely gives me problems now!0

It could be that your shoes don't fit quite correctly or that they're tied in a way that puts pressure on your toes.0

It could be your shoe, the way you step your foot, or a single bad movement in that area. If the annoyance doesn't stop -as jppric2 said-, you should try immobilizing that toe, either wrapping it, quit running temporarily, or looking for another activity. You're young, so you should get better soon (about a week).0

I'm having this same issue, did you ever find a way to fix your problem?0
