Add me too. I returned to MFP probably 5 times by now, every time with higher weight. I just opened up my diary, so you can see. I started with a small local gym that only does personal training or semi private training groups. It's awesome. I feel like this time, is it.

I used to weight once a week. But after reading an article that we should learn how to maintain our weight first and then only start the process of loosing weight, I am following the suggestion of weighting myself daily for next two weeks. This allows me to learn natural weight fluctuations.
