I finished the shred yesterday and did it without anything else. I had great results, -3lbs, and overal -9 inches. But i think that i would have had more results if i did additional cardio. Its really works to lose inches! :) I'm on day 8 and -1lb, -1.2 inch waist, -0.6inch abdomen and -0.6 inch hip. I say go for it!

I have this problem too. I used to wash my hair about 2 times a week, now I feel like I have to wash it after every workout, so every day :(

I just did day 4! After the first day I nearly couldn't walk anymore, today I felt tired but satisfied after the workout! Indurance is also so much better :) can't wait to know how i'll feel after 30 days
