You will get used to exercising eventually. It took me a while to get used to working out regularly. Now, I have trouble keeping my heart rate up because my system is now conditioned to cardio exercise.

I suggest eggs for lean, cheap and low sodium source of protein. I eat 4-6 eggs almost everyday (hardboiled no yolk for breakfast and salads). Cook from scratch for sure. Prepackaged meals are not as satiating as the homemade dinners.

Here is an argument for all pro and anti nsfw will like. Pro: the people here who has restrictive policies at work can still contribute valuable and helpful contributions at the forums. The anti nsfw can freely oogle at everything but the nip photos and skip the non-nsfw posts.

I had anorexia, then it became exercise bulimia. I was hungry and woozy all the time. Whenever I would get hungry, I would sleep instead. Then I stopped because I was getting strep throat all the time for 6 months.

Exercise most days of the week, strength train 2X week and eat well. At the end of the 6th week, "double spanx" it (wear 2 spanx) to fit into 2 sizes smaller clothes - it gives the illusion that you lost 28lbs. Totally works.

I hate that show! I find it unbelievable that 1 person could lose 5% of their weight in a week.
