30 minute vigorous calisthenics can burn up to 300 calories. I only do this when I am on travel and don't have access to gyms/equipment.

Thanks for the tips. I usually don't drink sodas and I hate fast food. I could bring fruits with me during domestic travel but that is not allowed for international.

I lift heavy and do push ups 2x days a week and joined a row team. I also do cardio 5X a week mostly for lower body exercise (bike, run, walk). My weekend is my longer workout days. I would sometimes do outdoor stuff for an afternoon. Activities keep me distracted from eating and getting bored.

I only lost 11 lb in 6 weeks but my mood is better. Exercise always makes me feel great. I don't get that sluggish general malaise unless I skip more than 4 days of exercise.

Eating fiber rich snacks like fruits so I don't get hunger pangs. I carry 3-4 of fruit everyday so I can snack in the morning and afternoon.

Banana, laughing cow cheese, advil, stretch and walk it off. Don't bother with the sports drink - most don't workout hard enough like a professional athlete to justify that drink and a banana contains more nutrients/cheaper for the same calories. Advice from my boxing coach gives to his Olympic athletes.

It's OK. I haven't lost weight in two weeks. I haven't given up yet and I still have 50lbs to go. Also, I recommend to lift weights - lift heavy! The scale tells me I am not progressing but my one size smaller dress says I am looking hotter everyday.

Yes, I travel for work sometimes. So I have to eat out with clients or colleagues. I am up right now at 3 am to workout for 3 hours to compensate for 4 days of yucky eating.

Great for "what are you game"; bad for air travel. My record for getting frisked is 4 in CDG (at checkin, while looking for my gate, at the gate and in the tube/tunnel thing 2feet away from the plane).
