Wrap your sandwiche in a piece of papertowel, I find this absorbs any excess moisture without drying out the bread.

Don't give up yet! I did not see any real changes in inches OR weight until I was about 20 days in. I ended up losing 5 pounds and almost 10 inches, so try and keep going!

I could def tell a differnece in my endurance and strength as time went on. Finished Level 2 Day 10 this morning! Felt very accomplished as I was able to do the whole workout with no rests, and the "advanced Natalie" moves. Tomorrow is my rest day, so I will be starting Level 3 on Wednesday. I do the 30DS in the mornings, and in the evenings I alternate between BFBM and NMTZ.
