I was trying to cut a piece of broccoli in half to try to save myself the embarrassment of trying to fit the large piece in my mouth and my fork slipped......and the broccoli (covered in sweet and sour sauce) flew across the table and into his lap. I should mention that this was our first date...we're married now!

Only down a half pound this week.....but hey, at least it's a loss! However, this next week, I am NOT going to weigh myself until Friday. This week I weighed myself too often and got down on myself. Not good! Hold me to it! Not....weighing....in....until.....FRIDAY!

This is one thing I am trying to get better at. I think it's important that you track EVERYTHING; the good, the bad, the ugly. That way you can actually see where you went wrong and have a visual reminder of which certain foods you binged on.

Over-indulgence happens. I definitely wouldn't skip on eating today. I would eat normally, but perhaps try to make it a lower sodium day. Good luck!

^This could be it. I was a little late for my cycle last month and ended up gaining 2 pounds (probably from water retention). If your gain IS because of fun female cycles, it should easily come off again once things get back to normal.

Question for my fellow teachers: How many of you do the "5-6 meals a day" thing? I would like to try to do that, but it's so hard to find a break in the day (other than lunch) to get a mini-meal in. Has anyone been able to accomplish this kind of lifestyle while working as a teacher?

I definitely love this idea. My husband is always telling me I need to "find a hobby other than music" since music is what I do almost all of the time. I'm ready for a new hobby and health would be a wise one to choose.

I'm 5'3.75" hehe The .75" means a lot to me! ;) My lowest weight was once around 115 and I was comfortable there. That's kind of my ultimate goal, but would be more than pleased with 120-125. I am currently 146.

I have done the 30DS and am currently on week 2 of Ripped in 30. I have seen amazing results as far as muscle tone (especially in the upper body).
