I wish I knew.....I am 5'3" - 142 lbs, and have sizes from 8-12. I like my pants looser, though.

Oatmeal is always a great option, and you can add a lot to it. Also, a slice of toast with some natural peanut butter would be good with some fruit.

I used to weigh everyday, if not twice a day. I am also impatient and often got stressed out if I ever saw the number go up instead of down. So now, I am only weighing myself once a week and I am a much more happy person.

Whatever you do, make sure it is something that works for YOU! If you're not hungry, and are happy with your progress, don't eat them. If you find that things aren't working well, that's when you need to make an adjustment.
