It's very hard for the weekends for me too, but what I try and do which is not to good but I don't feel to guilty is skip breakfast and dinner and just enjoy a good lunch, sometimes naughty meal but that kind of adds all my 1200 calorie but I am happy. Then on Monday - Friday I stick to my plan.

Try just going by the label portions in the back of any food you want to eat. This has helped me alot in keeping track of how much to eat and calorie count. And I eat just about everything. Good Luck!!!

I have been walking since last march i went from a size 14 to a size10 . I am at 4.5 running and walking. I just get discouraged cuz i have a lot of flab to loose and i dont know how else to loose it . Any suggestions? My legs still need a lot of toning. 2/28/12
