Try running in different settings like maybe the beach, wooded areas, hills, etc. I also started slow and didn't run more than 1.5 to 3 miles at a time. The more I ran... the better my cardio got... the more I enjoyed it. Now I tend to go running whenever I need to relax or forgot about something. Also, invest in running…
