Creatine, especially monohydrate, does take some time to accumulate in your body. Keep your diet you have right now and maybe review your lifting routine.

Works like a charm
-
Wow this sounds amazing, gotta try this sometime soon. Thanks for the tip!

-
Hahaha this is all too true

Ive never tried PB2 but have always wanted to. Is it gritty at all? I dont know but it seems like it would have an off texture to it.
-
Wow all of you achieved such amazing results!! Great job!
-
Oooo thanks for these tips, i love trying new types of protein so i'll have to give this a go!

A scoop of peanutbutter after a workout with some whole oats is a great post workout snack. Chicken, Oats, whole grain pasta, ground beef, and peanutbutter are all pretty hearty foods that keep me full and provide good energy for some long gym sessions. And great job on your weightloss journey so far!

Salt! Almost every meal gets a dash of it, idk what i would do without it

Yeah going over on protein is fine. MFP sets it super low to beging with. If your doing any resistance training then having a higher level of protein will help you recover much faster
-
Great post thanks! I saved the picture just for a quick refrence :)

If you just want a great tasting one i'd go for Syntha-6 by BSN. They taste amazing with milk but are just a little higher on the carb and fat side.

Im 20 from Buffalo and am always looking for some motivated friends! Anyone feel free to add!

I have the same addiction as you i love peanut butter! In moderation its good but it is high in fat. Even though these are healthy fats too many can still be bad. This is definitely not the reason for your plateu however. Try Eating a little more and changing up your workout routine

If your weight training you should get anywhere from .7 to 1.5 grams of protein per lb of body weight. Going over on protein is not bad so dont sweat it
-
Exactly. Your main source of protein should be from whole foods and a protein shake should be used to help hit your protein goal for the day, Theres nothing magic about protein power but it is definitely a good thing to use. Bodybuilding.com and fitrx.com are 2 great reliable webites. GNC charges 2x-3x as much as these…

Yeah rasberry keytones are a joke they dont work at all. And hdrol is some serious stuff. Before you take it you really have to research it and get your diet and training in check.... for at least a couple years. Its a prosteroid to the steroid Turinabol. Its still legal but pry not for long and can really mess your body…
-
Very bright and beautiful smile!
-
Yeah just like everyone else said... protein. Makes you feel full and is good for ya. Especially if you weight train you'll want protein high
