PB Cookie Protein Shake

So made this by "accident yesterday." Basically already had my meals planned out but forgot a few things at them, so ended up putting them all together in my protein shake at the end of the day. IT WAS AWESOME. In fact, it was so good I had it all before I could snap a pic :/ Sorry bout that. But it's awesome.

1 cup frozen bananas sliced
1/2 cup skim milk
1 T PB2
1/2 cup Total (or other bran flakes)
2 scoops vanilla whey protein powder

Calorie breakdown: 130 (Banana), 50 (milk), 25 (PB2), 70 (Total), 120 (whey)= 400 ish

Blend it all together and it's amazing. It is higher cal, but I figure would make a good b-fast or something (for me it was just a snack since I am trying to gain weight). I made it with 3/4 cup milk but it was too runny for me.

Alterations to lower cals:
Use 1 scoop whey protein Maybe use water??? Idk I haven't tried
Or just do less at another meal to fit it in haha
