Great work!!! I had a great day....started a new food/life plan and managed to stay on track, even when we went to a Snowfest. Bread, donuts, anything with carbs.....I have a SERIOUS issue with carbs, so I'm working on cutting them right now. I'm not going super carb free, but for sure limiting myself.

I love the gym atmosphere, but can't take the money out of my budget to do it. So, I work out at home with DVDs and treadmill. I actually like being able to just pop onto my treadmill and get a decent cardio workout done.

I made quesdadillas last nite with black beans, refried beans and just a little bit of cheese. Topped off with some salsa. It was super simple, tasty, and full of great fiber.....EASY being the key word! LOL!

Not sure if this will help, but we have a Baby Trend Americana jogging stroller that we LOVE!!! It turns on a dime, easy to maneuver, SUPER light! AND, it was under $125 out the door.
