Need some quinoa ideas, please!
I just bought quinoa today at the store, after hearing a lot about it. I need some ideas for it. Here are a few items I have in the fridge. Raw sweet potato chunks, mushrooms, peppers, eggs, and some other veggies. I have a lot of different meats, too. Can anyone help me out with a direction to go in? Thanks in advance!

I usually do my cardio, walking 2 miles, everyday. I've noticed inches coming off, but the scale is stuck. I have the Boggest Loser Boot Camp DVD and have used it in the past, but stopped. Okay. I bought Bob Harper's "Kettlebell Cardio Shred" and Jillian Michael's "Shred it with Weights." I Haven't started them yet. But, has anyone else tried these and what kind of luck have you had with them?

Elliptical training?
So, I'm mostly a treadmill and stationary bike girl. SOME workout videos. But, I'm really thinking of getting an elliptical to kinda shake up my workouts. Do you think it would be worth it? And, if you use one do you like it. I'm assuming that the calorie burn would be more than a treadmill 30 minute workout. Correct?
