I am doing low carb, as well....I have bad PCOS and the weight loss is slow and ridiculous! And, yes, before anyone asks, I WAS eating at a deficit. Carbs make me sluggish, puffy and cranky. Low carb works differently for everyone.

My packed lunch usually consists of healthy sandwiches with lots of veggies and protein, lowfat yogurt, pretzels, fruit, veggies and low cal dip or salads. I'm a huge fan of mason jar salads. Sometimes, if I'm in a time crunch (or need to grocery shop), I will pack a Lean Cuisine for the main part of my meal.

Walk 30 minutes a day at least 4 times a week. And, yoga at LEAST 3 times a week. I need it for my soul, not just my body!!

Truly? I did it, and I'm having way more success using MFP. I have lost more weight and kept it off using this site, rather than WW. AND, MFP is free. It's ultimately up to you, but this site is more user friendly and does everything that WW's paid site does.

Haha! Nope....I kind of do, too. I've lost almost 25 pounds and have been lifting weights and spending 45 minutes a day on the treadmill. So, my legs are getting for muscular/toned and defined. And, I'm starting to feel muscles and see a bit of definition in my arms. I'm always checking out my arms and calves, for sure.…

I pack my lunch and use ice packs, too. These are some of the things that I pack. Mason Jar salads (google these! Easy, conveneient and LOVE them!), fruit, veggies, summer sausage, cooked chicken, hardboiled eggs, tuna fish, egg salad, you get the picture. Yup! It's really the only way that I pack my salads for work anymore. So easy ans so awesome. Tons of different ways to prepare them!

I can never find a bread that is nutritionally good AND one that I like, so I just started making my own. It's super easy with a bread machine if you're in a hurry!
