I'm in.....I need this! SW: 285 CW: 277 GW: 267 UGW: 185 I'm planning on drinking waaaay more water, keeping up with my workouts and get a good mix of treadmill and aerobic type cardio. I'm for sure focusing on a lot more lean protein and healthier carbs.

Nope...don't feel guilty. You burned calories, you're making a good decision on food. I mean, even though we are trying lose weight, we still have to live life in the real world. And, that means being faced with food like pizza, wings and all the junkie stuff. But, you're golden! No worries.....

^^THIS! Hate it. I hate getting in a good groove on the treadmill and then BAM! It comes on and there's no NOT getting off to go pee. Ugh! Messes up my workout big time!

Yep! I need my morning coffee for sure.....and a cup during the day. I've cut down a lot! But, I substitute with fountain Diet Pepsi, as well. They are my two beverage vices.

I've been trying to incorporate yoga into the end of a good workout. Or, if I have time, I do it in the morning before I go to work. It helps me feel a little more centered and lowers my stress level, I think. And, when I do it after a workout, it helps to loosen me up and stretch out after working hard.

Why is this the worst advice ever? I mean, I'm sure they meant "eat it in moderation". Not, "go to your local grocer and clear the shelf off in a sweeping arm motion into your cart and eat all 137 packages of Ramen once you get home."

Salmon patties, salmon noodle casserole, plain, or tossed in a salad are all delicious! Just had salmon salad and salmon patties yesterday!
