' I don't log my work, either. I'm a retail manager and on my feet all week. I just figure that's counted into my everyday activities and that my body is used to it. I only log like "actual" exercise.

I want to lose 25 pounds by Easter. I plan on staying with my calorie deficit and walking at least 2 miles, at LEAST 5 days a week. My reward to myself will be a day out with my hubby!! :love: Mom and dad only.....grandma and grandpa will be more than happy to stay home with our son.

I'm not taking the day off, but I will be making some different food for myself than I will be for my hubby and son. We're not having a huge party, so that makes it way easier. Lately, I've been trying to get in the habit of waking up earlier than usual to get my cardio in in the morning. I get up, have mny workout clothes in the bathroom and get dressed. I have been trying to not drink Diet Soda......I'm only on Day 3, but it's SUPER hard! Do I think that I will be Diet Soda free forever? Nope! Ugh....same here. I HATE going to the doc, because I hate stepping on that scale!!!! So, I finally decided to take matters into my hands and DO something about it! Now, eating MUCH cleaner and exercising!! Actually feeling amazing and soooooo much better!

I work out at home, so when I'm on the treadmill I watch DVDs. It passes the time faster, because I concentrate on the show. If the weather is nice enough and I'm walking outside, I don't listen to anything. I'm not much of a music person, anyway, and I enjoy hearing nature sounds when I'm outside. Audio books are great,…

I've been liking 3 eggs and 4 slices of turkey bacon lately. With a cup of coffee and I'm good to go. Lots of protein and seems to keep me pretty full!
