I did P90X and just finished my first round on Friday. I plan on doing it again. My results were 32 pounds lost and 24 1/4 inches lost. Can't go wrong with either one. I might do Insanity after another round of p90x.

I'm on my 12th week of P90x and plan on doing it again when I'm done this round. I love it.

The only problem with Cliff bars is they are LOADED with sugar.

Don't feel intimidated. This workout will not make you fell that way. They recommend that you modify any workouts that you can't do with them. And plus Tony Horton is a trip. Lol

Yeah it is a little expensive but in the long run it's a great investment. I love it. Never thought I would stick with it but here I am almost done and ready to start again. It's amazing the way you feel when you finish the workout for the day. So refreshed. Lol.

Cottage cheese works good. Good long lasting (Casein) protein that keeps you full longer. A good bed time snack. I take cottage cheese, 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk, ice, a little bit of sugar/fat free jello pudding powder to add a little flavor and sometimes some peanut butter. Makes an amazing shake and not at all…

I've been doing P90X and I'm on my 12th week. It gets "easier" lol. With ab ripper x the first week I only did a total of 140 moves. Last week I did 1085 moves. I plan on doing it all over again once I'm done week 13.

You could also try Stevia which is an all natural sweetener. Sweet n low, splenda and all them other "sweeteners" aren't really that good for you. They are filled with stuff that is not good for the body. Stevia is all natural and comes from a plant. You could also try some sweetened or unsweetened almond or coconut milk.

It's possible that your body is hitting a plateau which mean your body is getting used to the exercises your doing. Maybe try changing them up (muscle confusion)
