Thanks. It's far from easy, that's for sure. I have 3 kids, 2 still at home. Work full time. Go to school part time. And I'm a single mom. I guess if it's worth it, you just find a way to make it work. :)

You just have to force yourself to do it. And do it knowing you're going to start off with 1 minutes of running followed by 1 to 2 minutes of walking...and then just build on it. And trust me - if anyone is looking at you what they'd be thinking is "man, I so need to do that too!" There's no reason for anyone to think…
