    Before and "After" - Incredible Bulk to Incredible Hulk!

    Thought I would share an awful before picture and a decent "after" picture. I hesitate to call it "after" because I don't feel like I'm done. Its a lifelong change, so I will never be done! Thank you MFP community for all of your support; and I'm glad I can count on you all for positive encouragement. I have been half-blogging half-incoherent rambling my thoughts down as I make this journey at www.aricandmichelle.com if you are interested in seeing how I did it.

And I'd love to read more of the website -- I like that you've recorded your ups AND downs...it really is a journey, and I still get frustrated at times.       Yes, that's the older one.. that pic is from 2007... I literally was looking for the absolute worst picture that I could possibly find.. and that one is right about the worst there is of me!!

      I want him (and his little brother, born 2009) to see that anything is possible if you put your mind to it!

      Thought you all might find this interesting as well.. I know there are graphs here on MFP; but I am working on a side project to correlate what I've been eating, where I have been and my weight loss/gains over time... trying to see if I can identify a bad habit that I may not even recognize that I have.
