This has been an interesting read, thank you to all those who posted :) I am obese and coming from as very unhealthy liftstyle so I am trying to do both (lose weight and eat healthier) and my weight loss is going quite well but I did wonder whether it was from the healthy food or the calorie watching!

I can't stand tomatoes, they make me physically sick.....but I love canned plum tomatoes! Haha I also used to not be able to stomach carrots and though I still can't have them raw, steamed I can eat now :)

I tell myself weekly but I nearly always do a cheeky weigh in mid-week. It motivates me (either way, if I'm doing well I'm happy, if I've not lost or put some on I need to try harder!)
