I'm 5'3 and your goal weight, 110. I'm done with my weight lose now I have to say I struggle to lose weight on more than 1200 but I did lots of exercise and eat some of the calories back if I'm hungry. I've added you, message me if you need more advice!!

Yeah, I think she had Rock stars in Ripped? I had to substitute them for butt kicks cos I couldn't do them. Now I do them with weights!! I love progress! I noticed the high kicks / front kicks it confused me but I'll be used to it for next time! My face was like a tomato afterwards!!

I really enjoyed workout 6! I hate supermans though and the leg swing crunches were hard. I would also find it physically impossible to do the lat pull downs with my heaviest weights!
