I'm 5'3 maintaining at 108 - 110. Any less I think I'd have to live on a lower calorie diet forever!

Here, here! That's for being a great and encouraging friend. I think my journey has been similar to yours. I now know I am 'allowed' to have treats, enjoy desserts, bread, chips etc as long as I'm go the majority of the time and keep up with my exercise!

I also find the scales can be triggering! Its a good I to keep track of your progress though to know you're doing the right thing. Maybe weigh yourself every two weeks? Also never weigh yourself after a treat / cheat day!!!

I think it depends how much you have to lose. Very high intensity may be too much for some people especially the very over weight.

Make sure your calorie intake is accurate ie weight food etc. Make sure your exercise calories are accurate by wearing an HRM. You may not be burning as much as you think.

You can flush out your system just by eating clean foods.

I can be like that too. I think you just have to step back and think what's really going to make you happy in life. I get obsessive about calories and exercise and get upset if I eat over my calories or don't have time exercise. Banish Fat, Boost metabolism is a little longer than the 30 DS and Ripped in 30, it takes around 50 minutes to complete. Its also all cardio so I pair it with some strength too. Her DVD No More Trouble Zones is all strength.

Hi hon, I'd really advise to reduce your sodium to under 1000g at least. Water retention may be masking your actual weight loss. X

I agree with you. While technically its not 'harder' for us short girls to lose weight we can't eat as much as others, burn less calories through exercise and the weight shows on us more!! I also like being petite though! I've added you.

I think they may be slightly higher in calories and sugar then other vegetables but I find them very filling.

I've done both, by levels 3 and 4 of Ripped in 30 are harder then level 3 of the Shred. I really enjoyed the challenge of it!

It sounds crazy but I was determined to get to 108 but my body doesn't want to be less then 109. I know its only pound but it was really annoying!!! Anyway I've accepted this is the weight my body wants to be!!!
