I loved Kool Aid, I loved collecting points from the back of packages so I could get Kool Aid man things. I went with my mom and some friends to Color Me Rad last year - had a blast! Even thou we just walked the whole way, it's still a lot of fun. My family is signed up to go for a local color run next month, Columbus Color Palooza. Super excited :)

I've gotten better on portion sizes/control I've noticed during my Insanity workouts that I can stretch a little more than when I started the program, like I'm gaining flexibility. I've severely cut back on the soda and am drinking sooo much more water.

THIS. She's too young to be counting calories and worrying about weight - She's still growing, her weight is going to continue to fluctuate throughout her teens. It's just better for her not worry about, and make sure she's healthy. Don't even get me started on the 1000 calories comment.... :grumble:

Doubled up a bit today, since I missed the past 2 days. I did Cardio Recovery and Cardio Abs back to back. Only burned about 189 calories according to my HRM, but I know my thighs and abs are very thoroughly worked out for the evening

Always keep water easily available. I find that having a Nutri-Grain bar helps me along in the mornings between breakfast and lunch if i get hungry or have the munchies.

^This Even if your cool down is just to stretch a bit, I think it helps fend off the soreness.
