Lost 26lbs eating everything I like, including lots of pizza and cookies :D A lot of things I switched to low/no fat options, and added more fruits to my diet, but overall ate whatever I wanted. IIFYM!

I have some sports ear buds, that clamp onto the ear to keep from falling out too easily. I paid about 15 for them on Amazon - decent quality, and I've not had any issues or complaints about them

I personally enjoy both gym and home. I feel like I work more/harder at a gym, as there's more tools available there. But I also have the option of workout videos if I need something quick or just having an off/anti-social day.

I second this wholeheartedly. Good shoes, and C25K (Couch to 5K). Improper shoes definitely cause pain, so that is a good first step to take.

I bought a thick Everlast floor mat, to help cushion the floor (about $50). I do a lot of videos that involve jumping around, and it seems to help the impact/noise.

I absolutely hated Silent House. The Devil Inside is also a close 2nd hatred. I dislike most movies with Will Ferrell, as he is not funny to me. All Twilight movies annoy me with its bad acting/writing. Agreed that Frozen is WAYYYY overhyped. It's a typical Disney movie, nothing that special about it.

I don't think your form could cause a treadmill belt to start slipping/skipping. It might be wise to either look into getting it fixed or get a new one. If you must use it, use it with caution - my mom's treadmill started doing the same thing, and she messed up her knee really bad from a particularly bad skip.
