^This. You're past the half way point, keep pushing on! Congrats on the inches off, that's still an accomplishment. I personally do my Insanity at 8pm - after work, after dinner, allow time for dinner to settle. It's quiet time at my place around 8, so it's a perfect time for me to concentrate.

1.) Think about how long it took you to get to your current weight. It might to take that long to take it off. 2.) The inches you've lost - that's a great accomplishment, and not something to scoff at! Congrats!!! :flowerforyou: You notice you're getting smaller, so that means you're doing SOMETHING right. KEEP AT IT.…

That's a great way to start the week, and Happy Birthday!!! Congrats! :flowerforyou:

This was me 5 years ago. I would LOVE to be this skinny again. I was 18, and about 96-98 lbs. While I probably can't get that low again, I'd at least like to get close.

I keep having to buy bigger clothes. None of them fit right now, and I'm not willing to buy yet another wardrobe to cater to my expanding waistline. I hate how when I get home from work I have to immediately change into sweatpants because my work clothes are so uncomfortable. I went to Kohls last week to get more work…

Untoasted S'Mores Pop Tarts are great. I grew up on those. I love getting the Choco. Chip Cookie Dough Pop Tarts and sticking them in the freezer. For some reason, I like them a lot better frozen :)

OMG hilarious review. Thanks for the link. I've not read this book yet. I was pondering on getting it from the library, just to have a laugh and read what all this fuss was about, but there were over a thousand people on the waiting list for the area :noway: , and it's not a book I'd spend money on just to read once.

OMG, I second the "don't buy shoes at Walmart". I used to work at Walmart in shoe dept. They're cheap, terribly built, and are usually returned very quickly due to being crap.

Smirnoff Ice is always my go to. Every bar I've ever been to has em, and they taste exactly like Sprite/7Up. I despise the taste of alcohol, but I don't really taste it in those. After about 2-3, I'm feelin pretty good. (Yeah, I'm a super lightweight  ) I recently tried a Bud Light Lime-A-Rita and those aren't bad.…

I have gaming ADD.... I was at first playing the Portal games (when the bundle went on sale a few months ago on Steam), currently am about half done w/ Portal 2 Then I found American McGee's Alice so played that (and completely stopped playing Portal 2) and then bought Alice 2 off Steam. Only played a few hours of that but…

thisssss^ They're young. They're not used to strange people crowded around them, or holding them, etc.... So then they get fussy, and then the screaming starts.... I'm glad you are all on lunch/break, but I'm not and trying to work. It's fine and dandy you brought your kid to show off, but at least take it to the cafeteria…

Desktop. So much faster and more powerful than our old laptop. It's custom built by my fiance and perfect for my gaming habits. I just have no use for a laptop.

On myself: my face, my butt, and my feet (I've been told my feet are odd, but I've seen some fugly feet and think mine are quite cute comparatively.) On men: face (eyes/smile), broad square shoulders, the "V"

Desk job, with very minimal need to get up/move, with a cafeteria and little convenience store in the building and right downstairs. So it's very easy to go grab a candy bar or chips when I get the 10am munchies. I've had to start bringing in little containers of carrots or a banana with my lunch as a just in case!

1. What Week/Day are you on? -- Complete W3D3 yesterday 2. How do you feel? -- Awesome 3. Have you had to repeat a week or day? Nope, and I'm nowhere close to needing to yet. (Maybe I'm in more shape than I thought, haha) 4. Did you add time or remove time from one of your runs? Normally at the last 'cool down walk', since…
