I use AdvoCare Meal Replacement shakes, and they taste awesome. The chocolate and berry ones are my favorites. They have 24 g of protein. Sometimes, I blend them with fresh fruit and/or mix them with unsweetened vanilla almond milk. I'm a busy person in the mornings, so these types of shakes are very convenient for me.

I've had great success on WW, but I get burned out at times and like to try something different. Not to mention WW costs $$! I eat lots of protein without eating tons of meat and eggs. I eat Greek yogurt, which has anywhere from 9-15g, depending on the amount I eat. I eat Frigo light string cheese, which has 8g.
